Refund & Adjustment Policy

Welcome to Pillow Polish, a sacred space for beauty and energetic alignment.
By booking a service, you agree to the following terms designed to honor both our time and shared experience.

Each service at Pillow Polish Studios is a custom work of art created with intention and care. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out within 5 days- I'm happy to offer a complimentary refinement when possible. Because every session is uniquely tailored, refunds are not offered, but I will always work with you to make it right. Thank you for honoring the time, energy, and artistry that goes into your transformation. 

Appointments & Deposits

  • A $50 non-refundable retainer is required for appointments two hours or longer.

  • This retainer secures your time and is applied toward your service total. ​

  • The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the retainer and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  • After-hours and transformation appointments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with appropriate notice.

Late Arrivals

  • A 15-minute grace period is honored.

  • Beyond that, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to respect the next guest's time.

Refunds & Adjustments

  • All services are customized and non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact me within 5 days for a complimentary adjustment when possible.

  • Adjustments cover refinements to the original service - not new creative changes.
